Join jazz music legend Paul Horn and arts and culture icon/vocalist Ann Mortifee to explore the integration of mind, emotion, heart, body and spirit.
Sing, move, and improvise in this joyous and playful musical journey, based on Ann’s latest book, The Wheel of Integration. Many cultures throughout the world have used the Wheel to symbolize unity, stillness and movement through the cycles of renewal.
Using the Wheel of Integration, create a map of personal discover and merge opposites within—strength with vulnerability, active with receptive—allowing you to become fully alive. Through music, story, improvisation, meditation, and work with the Wheel, achieve inner balance and greater capacity for happiness. Stabilize yet free the body, express yet contain the emotions, expand yet focus the mind, and awaken and embody the spirit. Deepen your understanding of yourself and others as you probe the wisdom of the heart.
